| Gym: 1 hr. on treadmill Home: Stretching, crunches, weights, isometrics Oh! Almost forgot the yard work ... went out with shovel and clippers and ran amok through a flower bed, ripping the guts out of ratty old lantana plants ... it was a pretty good half-hour workout, I must say!

| 2 hours in the gym, cycle and elliptical, did the 'gluteal' workout and it made me do half of it backwards.. that is HARD!
