| Jo, I just updated my posts. I must be getting senile because I thought I had posted everyday until I looked at the progress chart. I was away for a week but did some posting from where I was but it didn't seem to show up. Strange, huh? Anyway, I think I have them all posted now. It's a good thing I keep an exercise journal because I would never have remember all this otherwise. |
