Well I had planned a walk, but I took a cold pill, and mistakenly took the 'nighttime formula.' I was wondering while I was so sleepy taking my daughter to the orthodontist, and hit the couch at 6:30 and went to bed at 8! At 3 am when I woke up I thought, something was weird and read the package!

So yesterday must go down as a rest day! My sniffles and I will do better today!

STAC stats, first time on Atkins went from 238 to 162. Climbed back up over the last 4 years. I know I can do this!
