| Okay, here's my before and after stats: BEFORE and AFTER (as of Oct. 31): -Under arms, around chest-- 37-1/2 -- 36 -Bust -- 39-1/2 -- 38-1/2 -Ribcage-- 34 -- 32-3/4 -Waist-- 32 -- 31 -Hips-- 42-1/2 -- 40 -Upper arm x 2-- 12 x 2= 24 -- 11-1/2 + 11-3/4 = 23-1/4 -Thigh -- 25-1/2+26= 51-1/2 -- 24-1/4 + 24-3/4 = 49 -Weight-- 170 -- 161 lbs. Total inches Lost: 10-1/2" Total pounds lost: 9 So, more inches than pounds, but no complaints! Congrats to all losers!! (In the pics below, the one on left was taken mid-Oct; the right one, in mid-Aug.)
