| 27" on the treadmill 60 push ups Getting on the treadmill today was a huge accomplishment for me. After a totally exhausting day I could have easily convinced myself to skip it. Instead I changed into my workout clothes, turned on the 80's music & got going! I'm pretty proud of myself.
