| Everyone get well soon! 100 push ups tonight. BTW I had lunch with a friend who ran the NYC marathon. His first ever ever. Under 4 hours time. Lost about 50 lbs. in the past year. He confirmed what I have found, that once you are lifting weights, that you cannot look at the scale. And that muscle is good and burns more fat. If any of you sees me talk weight for a while please slap me. Thank you. PS: Dancing Days are here again.
