Hi Jimmie -

We have been extremely sick in our household for the past several days. Some sort of stomach flu that ended me in the hospital for 24 hours on Monday night/Tuesday morning getting IV fluids and medication to stop the vomiting, etc.

Needless to say I am still very sick. I am laying in bed as we speak. My poor two year old is also sick and my husband is running around with the sucky job of taking care of both of us. Thank god she is actually keeping fluid down.

Do I need to keep posting daily until I can work out again, or how does that work?

stephanie, there are no set rules concrening how many days you take off because of sickness and still earn the slug free award. the rules do state that sick days will not count against you. however, i would shudder to think that someone would go all the way through the challenge with nothing but sick days. [perhaps the rules need tweeking]. i will leave it up to you. if you want to take yourself out and just join us the next time around, i'll honor that. if you want to report sick days, i'll honor that too.

----------
as for me, i worked this afternoon but i'l claim a rest day.
