| i wasn't going to count this but i actually worked up a sweat by taking the tree down and hauling boxes up and down the stairs. good enough to count here! adding this: i also biked 20 minutes

| 30 min on the elliptical, 20 minutes of weights, and 10 min of ab work for me...Horraaaay for the first real intense workout in the gym, about time!
