| Good Evening Jimmie and Tyson! I did some walking and ab work today. Totally sore from the weights yesterday! I'm such a weakling! I'm proud of myself though because I was feeling lazy and sluglike but I got myself to exercise instead of being a veggie! That's why I love this challenge! |
