| Here are my final stats for 6WEC #49: Then numbers are 12/14/09 start, 1/24/09 end, and the difference (I had it in a "chart" format, but all the extra spaces were removed so I edited my post and used /s) -Under arms, around chest 41.50/39.25/-2.25 -Fullest part of chest 44.00/41.50/-2.50 -Ribcage 37.25/35.50/-1.75 -Waist 36.25/33.75/-2.50 -Hips 47.75/46.50/-1.25 -Upper arm (L) 14.50/13.50/-1.00 -Upper arm (R) 14.25/13.25/-1.00 -Thigh (L) 29.50/28.125/-1.375 -Thigh (R) 29.00/27.875/-1.125 -Weight 216.7/203.5/-13.2 In six weeks I lost 14.75 inches and 13.2 pounds!!!! That's really exciting to me. All the hard work and planning has paid off! I'm excited to see what 6WEC #50 brings. |

| Hi Guys I have really enjoyed being part of this challenge and am totally addicted to exercise now so thank you for running it Jimmie I didn't have the best start as was sick for several weeks.... Anyway, that aside, I lost nine inches and (a very disappointing 1.4 pounds - I gained 2.5 over Christmas and then stalled - just broken out of it). I am happy with the inch loss though - just shows you still do lose inches even when the pounds stay still - in fact, I have dropped a dress size

| I havent been following the plan properly so my results arent as good but i hope to improve them next time around. Lost 10lbs and 2 ins off the waist.

| Wow, there are some great results here already! I lost 7.5 inches and 8 pounds. I was hoping for a little more but I feel fantastic and know that I look better so that is what counts! |

| I didn't do well this time around but I pledge to do better next time! I actually gained 3 pounds and since I'm in KY visiting my daughter, I didn't do measurements. Congrats to everyone who lost weight and inches!!!!! Keep up the good work! |
