i'm biking 2 miles every hour today, or at least trying to. i started at the noon hour and i've biked 4 miles so far. i'm working towards about 18 miles today.
Hit the gym this morning - 20 min treadmill, 40 min lifting
This afternoon I'm planning on a 15 min walk, a 1 hour clogging lesson tonight, and then some crunches (75) before bed.
Tae bo and other exercises.

rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine -
rung 6 - beans, hummus
rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
