| Chynna - hope your little one is soon better, and you can all get back to normal. My exercise for today - 1 hour 5 mins (- 10 mins aerobic warm-up, 25 minutes on the strider, and 30 mins upper body weights, with a few yoga moves and 40 crunches thrown in for good measure!) CP |

| Walked for 15 minutes this morning and 20 minutes tonight for a total of 35 minutes. Also did 50 squats.
