Default 6WEC #51, Week 2, Day 2, Monday, March 16

Good afternoon:

It looks like we had a lot of smiley faces for the first week!

I hope that everyone is off to a good start this week as well.

I spent 35 minutes on the road bike today...

Todd.

Today was my first real workout since my operation

I did one hour of step aerobics and hulahoop on my Wii plus a walk. I feel so much better from working up a sweat! On Saturday, I will add the riiser to my balance board to make it a really hard workout.

zara, that's quite a workout for it being the first real one since your operation. kudos to you!

todd, thanks for getting us started.

i've finished 30 minutes on the stability ball and prior to that i climbed 30 flights of stairs, the old fashioned way, step by step and flight by flight, no machines.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
