| I spent 1-1/2 hours at the gym. I'll count the weight training part towards the Strength Challenge... so what I did for this challenge was 30 min on the treadmill and 20 min on the bike.

| 30 day shred for me. I am not sure where to post my stats - so am posting them here..... I am down 10 lbs and 17 inches! thanks for doing this challenge jimmie, this was great motivation for me! And well done everyone!

| 3 mile walk this afternoon, my morning walk got derailed by my grand's asthma attack, and I couldn't do 5 miles in the afternoon heat, but I was happy to manage 3.
