| 44.5 chest 42 (2.5 inches lost) 44 fullest chest 42 (2 inches lost) 42 ribs 40 (2 inches lost) 41 waist 38.5 (3.5 inches lost) 44 hips 42 (2 inches lost) 14.5 right and left arm 14.5 (0 inches lost) 25.5 right thigh 22 (3.5 inches lost) 25.5 left thigh 22.5 (3 inches lost) 217 lbs 194 lbs (23 lbs lost ( wow )) So, total of 18.5 inches and 23 lbs. YIKES. Not bad for 6 weeks.... jimmie - thanks so much for hosting this challenge! I am obviously very glad I participated.

| Underarm 35--34.5 .5 inch Fullest Chest 39 --38.5 .5 inch Ribcage- 33-- 32 1 inch Waist 32.5--32 .5 inch Hip 41 --40.5 .5 inch Upper arm 13.5-- 12.5 x2 2 inches Thigh 23.25 --22.5 x2 1.5 inches 178--will weigh and edit tomorrow edit-- 175.. was pretty sure 3 pounds was all it would be! 6.5 inches again.. think that is exactly what it was last month! I feel like some kind of slacker lol! But my thigh muscles are crazy firm so hey, it's all good.

| 6 pounds and 6-3/8" lost this time... I'm ver happy with my results I was using the wrong chart -- chest (upper) 41.5 - 40.5 = 1" chest (under) 43.5 - 39-3/4 = 3-1/4" Waist 43.5 - 42 = 1.5" Hips 41.5 - 41-1/8 = nil Upper Arm (L) 13 - 12-3/4 = 1/4" Upper Arm (R) 12 - 11-3/4 = 1/4" Thigh (L) 20-3/4 - 20-5/8 = nil Thigh (R) 21 - 20-3/8 = nil 6 pounds - 6-1/4" + inches lost....still happy with my results Also, jimmie I don't know what exercise I did on the 2 days in the 4th week that I didn't report so I'll take a slug!
