I am pleased to see you are exercising but as you did not sign up for this challenge your exercising will not be added to the charts in order to earn an award.However, please feel free to post your exercises here each day if you wish to give yourself some accountability and maybe work out what sort of commitment to exercising you will pledge when you join in us the next 6 week challenge in about a month's time
