| I did some running... but on a different route than last time, so I'm not sure what the distance was. Anyway, I ran for about half an hour.

| while I got lots of exercise going up and down several flights of stairs at the convention center, I did no specific exercise period, so will take these two days as PTO days, as we were in a completely differenet environment and I had to take advantage of the added opportunity to visit with family, not of whom wanted to take a long walk or anything! (I do feel those stairs in my calf muscles!) So today, PTO due to attending out of town convention
