| Push-ups, crunches, and stairs And for Em, I cover more ground outside than I do inside as well. I'm not sure I go further in the same amount of time, but one great thing about walking outside is that you can't quit early! If I walk 1.5 miles away from my home, I HAVE to walk the whole way back. |
