| 30 min of Wii Fit. Would like to get a walk in too but that is looking less and less likely as the day goes on. But happy I at least did the Wii this morning. ![]() Hope everyone has a great weekend. |

| I jogged 1/4 mile, walked 1/4 for a total of a half mile in 5 minutes. I would have kept going, but I was actually trying to get back home to grab another car as my truck was broken down on the side of the road and I was late for work, haha. This was a first for me. I haven't jogged in years and years! |
