| I walked a mile on the treadmill (without holding on--a friend told me that it doesn't count if you're holding on. I felt like I was going to fall off and got dizzy so I quit after a mile), 10 minutes on the elliptical, and 15 minutes on a recumbent (sp) bicycle. |
