| If you like cucumbers, check out this recipe I posted for cucumber salad. Paula's Cucumber Salad I believe this is induction friendly (I leave out the sour cream to begin with), but with the vinegar it's not KISS friendly. I make this literally every Friday and it's nearly gone by Monday. Yum Yum!

| BUMP! I had a few friends over this evening and served these "sandwiches" as an appetizer. It was a big hit! I used smoked turkey lunch meat (which is just as good as those sugary ham lunch meats, minus the sugar). Very yum!

| Mmmm Joe, I was thinking the same thing as i read the first post! Cucumber, smoked salmon, cream cheese, and a pinch of fresh dill!
