Default Frosty Creamy Cinnamon Buttons

These are great for those upcoming HOT summer months or anytime you're craving ice cream. Induction friendly!

1.5 oz cream cheese
pinch of cinnamon
2 packets Splenda
1 sheet parchment paper

Put cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or so until totally soft and hot. Add cinnamon and Splenda, mix well. Put parchment paper on a plate and use a spoon to drop small bits of the mixture on the parchment, pressing down with the back of the spoon to make little "buttons". Put plate in freezer for about 15 minutes until hardened.

Peel off the buttons and enjoy!

If you're in OWL you can take strawberry slices or nuts and dip them in this mixture before freezing, kind of like yogurt-covered snacks.

I made Clouds tonight and I just realized how similar the recipes are. Add some butter, and this is a cinnamon cloud recipe!

Without the butter in them, these buttons stay a little softer after freezing. Oh well, it's tasty either way!

no things still tend to stick to wax paper.

parchment paper is non stick. It's pricey (to me) but I think it's worth it. Its found in the same area at the store as wax paper (at least here).
