| yummm. I tried the pudding one. I did add a little water also, to make it smoother as the cream kind of freezes and gets a little waxy (anyway the kind here in Denmark). But boy - oh - boy !!!!

| I do use a blender, I did use a bit of water too (I forgot about that....it's been a few years since Atkins-ing!!!), and I use Jello brand mix. I thought for sure I'd have a bunch of replies "We already know about that one" since it'd been so long since I'd done it. I low-carbed before you could get ANYTHING low-carb. They occasionally would have those Atkin's bars at some stores.... but you had to get lucky, and not be picky with what they had. So - because of this, I had to get creative...and I *LOVED* my "ice cream". Natural Ovens used to make a very grainy granola - sometimes I'd toss that into the "ice cream" when it was done to give it some crunch....or sunflower seed meats, too! Im SOOOO glad you guys tried it and liked it!

| For one serving I use 2 icecubes, 2 tablespoons of cream, 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of splenda and I mix it well for about a minute in a blender. it tastes like chocolate ice cream. I mean the real thing too, soft serve(frosty) Last edited by G2Gunner; January 19th, 2007 at 02:18 PM. |
