Both of those cheeses are ok to have. Just look at the carbs on the package.

Yeah, try lots of cheeses. Watch the processed cheeses as sometimes they may have some added stuff. Also watch out for pre-shredded cheeses as they often add a starchy substance to keep it from sticking.

I love cheese, too! Now is a great time to experiment with different kinds of hard cheese. There is such a variety out there! I've discovered besides cheddar that I love brick, farmer's cheese, baby Swiss, and gouda!
I have 3 thumb sized pieces of cheese every day as a snack when I get home from work. This used to be my bad binge time, but the cheese is very suprisingly very filling and satisfying.

Hi Denise, Yum! Cheese! I love it all. Have you tried making the "cheese cracker" yet, by putting a slice or shredded hard cheese (cheddar, swiss, jack, etc.) in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds until lacy. Let cool and you have a cracker, or a taco shell. The recipe's somewhere here in the Recipe forums.

If you can find it...try some manchego cheese. It's a spanish semi-hard cheese and so good! Smoked Gouda is also really good!
