| Nicole, this recipe looks amazing. Give yourself a big huge FEP point for it, baby! Now here's a silly question...I know that granola generally keeps well in an airtight container. I would assume this would be the same? Meaning I wouldn't have to refrigerate it? I'm going to make a huge batch to take on vacation!!!

| I'm not going to refrigerate it, so if it gets FUNKY I'll let you know...lol. It's really tasty!!! I have been wanting something like this, but everything is so high carb (like the oats and things). This was PERFECT!!! When you guys try it you have to tell me what you think

| See - this is all the more reason to do it the way Dr Atkins recommends and NOT sit on induction or extended induction too long!!! You get to have yummy lookin stuff like this!!!!!!!!! btw 2B... you've made me entirely hungry.
