Baked Parmesan Stuffed Tomatoes | | | Baked Parmesan Stuffed Tomatoes (Yield: 6 Servings) 3 Fiber - 15 Carbs = 2 Net carbs per serving 70 Calories Per Serving * as per Fitday 3 Medium Size Ripe Tomatoes 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/2 Cup aged Parmesan Cheese 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning 1 tbsp Minced Fresh Basil 1 tbsp Minced Fresh Parsley 2 tbsp Olive Oil non-stick (Olive Oil) Pam or cooking spray - Cut tomatoes in half widthwise, placing cut side up in an 11x7 inch baking dish coated with non-stick spray. Sprinkle w/Salt and Pepper - Combine the remaining ingredients, sprinkle over tomatoes. - Bake, uncovered at 350 for 15-20 min or until topping is golden brown. | | |
