| Well I always have bacon made and in the fridge. ( I like it cold, so it works for me) I grab a piece or two with some cheddar cheese that I have all cut up as well. I have kiebasa also cut into the serving size and can just nuke them when I am hungry. |

| yum, cucumber and a salt shaker. a tomato & a salt shaker. cubed cheese. pepperoni slices (great cold!) mayo packets (free at fast food restaurants!) and a tuna pouch. ham chunks spam? canned ham? check labels.

| I work about 12 hours a day, then go from work to college then workout... so I am right with you on the little time thing but my favorite thing to make when I am in a hurry and want something filling is caprese salad... get a tomato slice it and fresh milk mozzerella cheese (will come in a ball) slice it then sprinkle a little salt, basil (optional) and some pepper and it is amazing, fast, and delicious. Try it out |
