Chocolate Gooey Goodness

I just made something CHOCOLATY GOOD!!!
I got the recipe from Linda's site
As soon as I saw it I ran out and bought Whey Protein Powder...lol!!!
She called it "Chewy Peanut Butter Candy" I call it Chocolate Gooey Goodness because it is...DEELISH!!!


Ingredients


2 tblsp butter
1/4 cup natural chunky peanut butter (or creamy)
Sweetzfree to taste OR 1/4 cup Splenda
1 cup chocolate whey protein powder
1/4 cup Da Vinci SF Vanilla syrup






Directions

* Melt the Butter, and mix with Splenda.
* Add the Peanut Butter to the mix until smooth.
* Mix protein powder until crumbly
* Add SF syrup, and the mix should turn glossy and much easier to form into 2 mini loaf pans
* Freeze mixture for 1 hour, and it should be able to be eaten
I put it into a mini loaf pan and it made 6 bars. You can also add nuts.
I put some Coconutty Crunch (Coconutty Crunch and Greek Yogurt...YUM!!!) toping I had on two of them...YUM!!!

Are you using an ordinary measuring cup or the little cup thing that come in the whey protein tub?
They do look great - I love peanut butter, thanks for sharing.
