Banana creams

This is such a yummy treat if you like banana snow cones it takes just like one!

I made a huge batch to last me and my husband a week.

1 cup of heavy cream whipped nice and fluffy
enough stevia or splenda to sweeten to your taste
teaspoon of banana extract

mix and freeze by the tablespoon.

I have maybe two tablespoons a day.
