| Yes that is a really good idea. I will try cutting back mine next time. Its really good too. I hope you like it. One thing that came to mind when I was looking in my recipe box is that it has horseradish in it, and I think I read somewhere on here that that is a dieretic (sp?) and cause a whoosie. Not sure, but its good to eat anyhow. |

| Most prepared horseradish contains sour cream. But I suppose that is included in the carb count. Is there recipe for the cheddar crackers on here? Or are we talking store-bought? |

| I just looked online at the stuff I use and it's by Kelchner's and it doens't have sour cream added. Its just shreading in a jar. |

| Ah..the wording was "PREPARED" some that are called prepared are cut with sour cream to decrease some of the intensity. I tend to buy just pure horseradish..I like the kick! |
