Default Easy & Delicious

You won't be disappointed!

This recipe is by George Stella, it's not exact but this is how I made mine.

10 slices of deli ham
1/4 cup of Mt. Olive sweet relish - sweetened with Splenda (4 Net Carbs)
8oz cream cheese (room temperature) (6 Net Carbs)
2 teaspoons finely minced onion (will vary depending on onion - 2-3 Net Carbs)

Mix the cream cheese, onion and relish together in a bowl. Spread a layer on each slice of ham and roll up. Eat. Then go eat another

All of the filling will not fit in only 10 roll-ups. I refrigerated the rest as I could use it again at least 3-4 more times. If you use the filling sparingly you can have 40 (not all at one time, please!) ham roll-ups for a total of 12-13 carbs.

This mixture is downright intoxicating. The sweet relish mixed with the onion is a combination that is delicious.

Another way to make ham roll-ups is to mix softened cream cheese with hidden valley ranch salad dressing powder and chopped red pepper then spread on the ham and roll it up. Chill in the fridge until it firms up.
