| You need parchment paper. It doesn't work with waxed. You can find it in the same area that you buy waxed paper. Tricia

| I got this in my e-mail and was coming to say I use parchment paper, not sure what the difference is between wax and parchment. Except I take it wax doesn't work. Hope you get some soon and get to try it the right way.

| Has anyone tried these with loaf cheese (i.e., Velveeta). I have a ton of it from before I started induction, and this might be a way for me to slowly use it up...especially when I'm having a snack-food craving!

| You are allowed 3 to 4 ounces of cheese on induction so, yes, it's legal. |
