| I bought pork rinds a while back to "bread" eggplant but they were so salty, they were gross. Am I buying the wrong kind? I would like to try your recipe but I am afraid of pork rinds after this!!!!!!!!!!

| I always buy Baken-ets pork rinds, which are sold at Kroger, Randalls, and Wal-Mart (and I'm sure other places, too). I think most brands salt their pork rinds, and I'm not sure if you can find any unsalted. However, I made this recipe with Baken-ets, which are salted, and it tasted fine. |

| Delicious!!! I, like everyone else, was skeptical. The recipe simply didn't sound great. It tastes almost exactly like the cereal, though. I will definitely be having this again! :joy :icondance |

| Yeah it rocks, thanks for reminding me of what I can do with my two almost stale bags of pork rinds lol. PMS is upon me and I am CHEAT FREE 19 days! I don't plan on letting TOM drag me down to sugar level! |
