I have no idea.

I had this again yesterday with only half a packet of Splenda. It was still good. Just a note, others have stated on this board that too many pork rinds may make you retain water, so don't go overboard just because it's safe...

I am a pork rind addict (I actually have always liked them better than chips) so I am steering clear of them for snacking for now. I will probably use the plain ones to bread stuff with though.

Gosh, how can a person be addicted to pork rinds? I really am from the South!

Thumbs up Re: "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" -- Brilliant!

Best snack so far!

I made sure to use very cold water with the cream, and I skipped the cinnamon but used a drop of vanilla extract instead.

Cap'n Crunch? Who needs him!

Maybe a bit of unsweetened cocoa next time...

Yow!

Thanks,

Medusa

I dared myself to try this last night and I was so shocked at how good it was. My husband and son looked at me in disgust, but my 2 year old daughter sat down w/ me and enjoyed it.

WOW!! Is the only thing to say about recipe.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is one of my family's favorites! It is ALWAYS in the house and such a temptation to me.
When I saw this recipe, like many others was doubtful that it could satisfy that cinnamon toast crunch craving.....BUT IT DID!!
My husband and daughter are CTC fanatics. So, I let my daughter try it and she even gave 100% approval! This recipe is remarkable...Thanks!

INSANE. Thanks for posting! I was so afraid all I was going to be eating was meat, eggs and cheese during induction but am finding all these inventive recipes.

Thanks again!!!
