Hi everyone! This is an awesome lowcarb snack that will satisfy any craving. I have had one everynight as a bedtime snack for the past week and have still lost 14 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks on induction

1-2 tablespoon cream cheese
1 slice of ham- not too thin
1 vlasic zesty dill pickle

carefully spread cream cheese on ham slice
roll up pickle in ham
enjoy!

this is a 3-4 gram carb treat. the cream cheese is so satisfying and the pickle so crunchy!

We call them "gator eyes" around here. you roll it all up andd cut it in 1/2 inch pieces. Yummy!
