| Well I tried these and I couldn't get then crispy like a potato chip.. I did leave them just sitting in the oven for a while and some of them got a little bit crispier.. Don't know if Cut them too thick or what.. They still tasted good though |

| Could you deepfry the zucchini, then sprinkle with seasoning?

| Perhaps the 350 degrees is too low. I would think to get them crispy you might need to do 425 or so, but that's just a SWAG (sophisticated wild-*** guess).

| Oh how funny!- I just tried zucchini for the first time today- I cut strips- dipped them in beaten egg- rolled them in parmesan and fried them on the stove- YUMMMM! |
