| Welcome!! You've come to the best place to get motivation as you shed the unwanted pounds and get healthy. You have a very smart b/f if he is doing the plan with you. Soon you will both be feeling fantastic and looking great. If you haven't read the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, editon 2002, then make sure you do. It is essential in guiding you through the weight loss the correct way. Come here to ADBB often for support -- so that you can stay inspired by all the people who are making Atkins work for them. Also, take your measurements every few weeks, it will keep you inspired on weeks when you don't lose pounds, but see that you are still losing inches. Best wishes to both of you. | Hello from one Texan to another. I am glad you found us. I would suggest you check out the Century Club. We are a group that all have to loose 100 + pounds to loose.
