| hi :wave i joined yesterday aswell im currently on day 2 of atkins, and dont have that much to loose either. Im 21 from the uk and at university. i started at 156.5 with weight watchers then went onto low cal and now im seeing how atkins is working for me how r u doing? r u still on track and have u had ne symptoms of induction flu? mia x |
