| Welcome to the boards! This way of life DOES work, as long as you are careful to follow the rules of induction. Reading the book is ESSENTIAL. Don't be afraid to ask questions on the board, people here are more then willing to help. I always find the third day of induction to be the hardest. That is when our body is really craving carbs.. if you can get past that phase, YOU WILL BE ON YOUR WAY!! You will be less hungry and have more energy! Take care and goodluck!
