| Welcome to the board! You've found an awesome source of inspiration and support right here. I did the same thing I looked for all of my worst pictures ( I did it when I was having motivation issues, not when I was starting) and used them for motivation to keep on. And I actually posted them in the B&A forum as well. I wish you the best of luck!

| Last year, this year, what's the difference? the main thing Kai, is that you are starting NOW and that's the important thing! It will be a tough and long road to travel, but one day at a time! and it will be worth the journey :yes and there will be lots of things that you will learn about yourself along the way - and all for the better. so Welcome Kai! Cheers

| Hello. Welcome. You've come to the right place to get the encouragement and motivation to become healthy and lose weight. I've been on Atkis since March 2004 and it has changed my whole life. I am so much healthier and happier now that I've lost some of the weight. Make sure you follow the program as it was written by Dr. Atkins in the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book, edition 2002. If you do everything that he tells you to do, you will be successful. Best wishes!! Keep us posted on your progress.
