| Weighed in this morning, down 3 pounds. Guess I did remember how wonderful that feeling is. Stomach is shrinking already, can't eat more than one burger and my salad. Family had pizza tonight, I fried a burger and put cheese and sausage on mine and just a teaspoon of sauce ( I don't care for pizza sauce much) . Yummy, but only could fit half my salad in. Tomorrow is weekly lunch date with hubby, quiznos, can't wait to have a salad there! |

| That's me and my beer during WOL the first time around. I can't believe how many more foods I'm finding this time around. I like beer, just don't drink it much anymore since dart season ended and we moved to NC from NY. BTW I love the new Land O Lakes heavy whipped topping with slenda........no carbs!
