| Hi Joe, I just restarted too. I don't have time or do I have the desire to get out any recipe books so I stick to the easy stuff. Meat, cheese, salad and raw veggies. Lots of water helps to curb appitate too. I can't get as much as I should, I'm more of a coffee drink and use heavy whipping cream instead of the usual. So not only do I get my morning wake up, but it's almost like getting a dessert drink too. I should change to decaf and someday I will. Good luck and keep up the GREAT work. |
