| Welcome to the board, qualitygrrl! I know it takes a bit strength to get started on the right foot. I screwed up the first time I started as well. I didn't read the book, and the first 3 days were all wrong. (had yogurt, had 3 cups of broccoli -- I was a mess) Keep focusing on getting just the next meal, snack, or hour correct. Leave the rest of the day to fend for itself. Once, you get one meal out of the way with you successful, focus on the next one. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but like you said you are focussing on lifestyle habits. Once the habit is formed, it really is just a matter of time and perserverence to get yourself to goal. You sound like you have the right attitude nailed down, but I am interested to hear how your tomorrow goes.

| Hi, Ann! My goodness! 7 kids! I don't know you did it (well scratch that, I had the birds and bees lecture once) but you'll be the hottest mom on the planet by the time you're at goal! I'm so proud of you for starting the exercise! Don't do too much too fast, keep up the excellent work and woo on you for the quitting smoking! You're my hero!
