Oh BTW, I appreciate the help and in the future too! I really mean this. I also found with further reading in some sections of the book I always ignored cause it never pertainted to me......I see now for some to help that things like "this" must come up but most fear to ask is the perscription drugs and or alchohol and related metabolic resistance things. I am free of anything by way of drugs street or script.. and never drank with the exception of wine perhaps on Holidays. I don't even smoke! Actually, I am against ongoing perscripts at all costs, pain killers, anti depressants, etc....thank's all again, Roo
