| To give you some more info on myself, I am a 34 year old male weighing 240 pounds and 5' 11" tall. I would like to get back to 195 pounds that I was back in my college days. |

| LOL, my best advise is to 1) Measure yourself, write it down and then remember where you put it. I wrote it on the inside cover of my Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution. Scales sometimes can be evil 2) Plan for emegencies. Have legal snacks ready for those snack attacts. 3) Do both cardio and weight training. 4) Drink you water, take your supplements and visit us often,
