ok so ive been a member for a wee while now, but jus love 2 log on n read ur advice and stories, but with seeing the progress and help others are making by being active members of the board i feel i 2 culd use a wee bitty support if ne1 out there is up 4 it, well was on atkins nearly 2 years ago and lost a good bit of weight and looked fab which in turn gave me the confidence to find a boyfriend, this was good, until our romantic nights in and out took my attention away from my new WOE, and gradually all the weight crept back on plus an extra 24 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! well me n him r over now, so now i want 2 b bk 2 my best so i can feel good bout myself again, soooooooo.............. hopefully, i can become a veryyyyyyyyy active and succesfull member of the board from 2day onwards!!!!! ohhhhhhh am so excited bout my atkins adventure !!!!! xxxxxxxxxx
