| Pardon my interruption into your welcome thread but how have you determined that 100 lbs on a 5'7" frame is a desireable goal weight? And, 25 lbs in 8 weeks is a reasonable expectation? I ask because Dr. Atkins talks about goals and expectations in his book. |

| hey perry, my goal weight is 100 lbs cuz for 10 yrs now i have been at 100 lbs.. i started gaining weight since march this yr cuz i moved to america and have been having a lot of fast food! and as far as the time frame is concerned, 8 wks i know is too optimistic but i am keeping my fingers and toes crossed.... i wanna do my best as far as i can and see wat results i get!
