So as the new kid, let me give you my bestest tips. Measure yourself, some times the scales are evil and don't want to budge. The tape always works Read labels, carbs are nastly little things that like to hide in stuff. Read labels, fibers are great little things we can subtract from the total carb count. Eat the chicken skin, its the best part. LOL Make a plan. Brook, one of our best success stories saids to fill your refrig up with legal snacks so you will have something there when the head pops in. Again, glad you found us.

| Thanks for the tips Desertthorn I've allways had a bit of a habit of reading labels, so that bit shouldn't be too much of a problem - its remarkable just how many carbs are in certain things like ONE chocolate bar for example

I want to mainly loose weight from my face, chin, and belly (although i don't drink - its Chicken Tikka Massala thats to blame for the belly - hence my screen name!!)
