| Thank you again, ladies and gentlemen! lol! Everyone looks just great. Day one went well and I'm pumped. I started a journal in the journal section. Hopefully it will keep me honest when things get hard. I'll check out the second time around club. I don't remember going off the plan in the first place. I think I cheated a few times and that is all it took. It was so gradual, but it happened. The weight just snuck right back on and I felt powerless to stop it. Now I understand the term "slippery slope". Now I know better. School of hard knocks... |
