| I really hope that I stay long enough to get to know all of you. I think what I was missing before was the support of others. My boyfriend is great, and encouraging, but he's naturally thin, so he doesn't understand like you guys would. Thanks for the warm welcome! |

| Welcome!!! Chocolate and Chinese...two of the foods I eat the most of. It's my second time doing Atkins and when I did it in the past, I succeeded while enjoying Chinese food. So you don't have to give up what you like, here are some Chinese dishes that I suggest on induction: At Dim Sum restaurants, Spare ribs with black beans (they don't use much sugar in this dish) Deep Fried shrimp (just remove the shell because that's where the breading is) Steamed Gai Lan vegetables (equivalent to brocolli, but Chinese style) Best of luck! |
